iGents Features for Outbound Call Center Operations
Every capability below maps to something a fronter seat does today. Nothing here covers verification, closing or the dialer itself — those stay where they are.

Capability 01
Conversation and qualification
The connected call is the product. iGents open with the campaign-approved introduction, establish intent and move through the required questions in a fixed order, so the record handed to your verifier is complete and comparable across every call in the list.
Fixed opener
One approved introduction per campaign, delivered identically on every connected call.
- No improvised claims
- Tone set per campaign
Ordered question set
Mandatory criteria first, buyer-specific criteria after, so partial calls still carry useful data.
- Hard and soft gates separated
- Answers stored per field
Natural pacing
Interruptions, clarifications and repeats are handled without dropping position in the question set.
- Re-asks unclear answers
- Resumes after objection handling
Capability 02
Live transfer
Transfer is a decision, not a default. iGents fire a live transfer only when your threshold is met, routing to the verifier or closer queue you already use. The prospect stays on the line; nothing is scheduled back or re-dialled.
| Transfer control | Configured by |
|---|---|
| Qualification threshold that triggers transfer | Your operations lead |
| Destination queue or extension | Your existing dialer configuration |
| Behaviour when no verifier is available | Your fallback rule (callback or recycle) |
| Data passed with the transfer | Your verification field list |
Capability 03
Call dispositions
Every call ends with a structured disposition, including calls that never connected. Because the same logic applies to every call, the distribution is readable as campaign data rather than as a record of who was on shift.
| Disposition | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Transferred | Qualified and handed live to a human verifier |
| Qualified — callback | Criteria met, timing was the blocker |
| DNQ — criteria | Failed a specific campaign gate, reason recorded |
| Objection — unresolved | Tracked by objection category for script revision |
| No contact | Voicemail, no answer or invalid number |
Capability 04
Analytics insights
Insight summaries arrive every 3–4 days. The cadence matters: it is frequent enough to revise a script while the campaign is still running, and spaced enough that each read covers a meaningful sample.
- Where connected calls end, by stage
- Objection categories that cost the most transfers
- Which qualification gate removes the most volume
- Change history so script revisions can be read against outcomes
Capability 06
Campaign-specific response handling
Over 400 campaign-specific responses cover the pushback patterns that actually occur on outbound lists: timing, trust, prior coverage, price scepticism and requests for information. Responses are configured per campaign and stay inside approved wording — the response library never generates new offers, benefits or eligibility claims.
Timing
"Not right now" handled without pressure, with a callback path recorded.
Trust
"Who are you?" answered with the approved identification wording.
Prior coverage
Existing-coverage responses stay factual and campaign-approved.
Information requests
Routed to the approved path rather than improvised on the call.
FAQ
Capability questions
Can we change the opener after launch?
Yes. Script logic, question order and objection responses are configuration and can be revised by your ops team during the campaign.
What data comes across with a transfer?
The qualification fields your verification workflow requires, in the order your verifiers expect them, so nothing has to be re-asked.
Do dispositions match our existing codes?
Where your codes already exist, they are mapped one-to-one. Where a new outcome needs a code, it is agreed with your ops lead during setup.
How often do analytics arrive?
Insight summaries land every 3–4 days, based on the calls completed in that window.
