Is the trial really free?

Yes — 3–5 days with no credit card. Pricing is only discussed if you decide to deploy afterwards.

Do we need to change our dialer?

No. iGents are not a dialer. They work with the existing calling environment, subject to integration and configuration; lists, pacing and caller ID stay where they are.

How quickly can a trial start?

Configuration takes about 15 minutes once your campaign logic, criteria, disposition map and calling-environment access are ready. Timing is system-dependent.

What if our campaign is not listed?
